Here's a Few Tips on How to Prepare for Baby Photography

There's a stage in life that is truly brief. These little rascals grow as fast as a humming bird flies. In less than a month they change drastically. I recently collaborated with Flutter Fly Photography to take pictures of an infant for a client & here are a few tips...

  • Keep the baby awake about two hours before the photoshoot.

  • Feed the baby right before the photoshoot.

  • Bring blankets and props to keep them warm.

  • Rest easy– At the studio we can provide ALOT props!

  • Don't use any oils and lotions on their skin. I know it looks dry but it makes editing the photos much more difficult.

  • The Studio is kept warm for the baby so wear layers you can take off.

  • Please be patient as it can take up to two hours to get 5-10 photos you'll be truly happy with!
